Property
The Springs, a beautiful lodge of condos in Keystone’s new River Run Village, has spectacular views of the slopes. The lodge has a rustic, yet luxurious feel amidst killer scenery. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, plazas, and even little outdoor play areas, The Springs couldn’t be more conveniently located. The condo is spacious, inviting, and incredibly comfortable.  Our condo was perfect for 2-3 families with enough room for 4-5 kids without feeling crammed. Super plus – 3 full bathrooms.

Location
Keystone, Colorado is a family friendly mountain resort 90 miles west of Denver in the Rocky Mountains.

Sleeps
Two large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, and a hide-a-bed in the living room. Comfy beds. Very comfortably sleeps 6-8. Could manage 9-10 if some were very young children or babies.

Highlights
The Springs has a gorgeous and nicely-sized heated pool with slide—a big hit with kids! It also has a great hot tub right next to the pool—big hit with the grown-ups! You can’t beat letting the kids swim in a heated pool and relaxing in a hot tub with friends after a full day of skiing. My 5-year-old and his friend had a blast.

Good to know
There is a brilliant playroom on the main floor of The Springs.  It’s designed for children 1 – 6 years old. My 2-year-old daughter could hardly be pulled away from the numerous puzzles and “obstacle course” possibilities.
