Double rooms, family rooms, suites, and apartments are available. Suites and apartments include sitting room and kitchenette. Fabulous features include playroom with tons of toys, pool, sauna, steam room, spa services, games room, skiing lessons for pre-schoolers at the hotel, daycare, bouncy house, ice cream bar, free wine and beer, outdoor park, pirate ship, and farm animals to visit. Guests can borrow backpack carriers, travel strollers and skies for their little ones.

Location
Located on the edge of the town Wald. Just down the mountail from Pitztal Ski resort. There is not much in the town of Wald, but a 15-minute drive can get you to a couple of bigger villages with shops and restaurants. The hotel has a bus shuttle that leaves every hour to take guests to the ski resort.

Highlights
The food was wonderful! Choices for kids and adults. Dinners were 4 fabulous courses. If your child did not want to sit through the whole dinner, you can send them off to the playroom next door. There was the nice feeling of every parent watching out for all the kids.

Good to know
Only a few staff members speak English, and most of the guest are from Austria and Germany. Daycare can be overwhelming for kids who have never done daycare before. I would suggest doing a test day where you drop off your child but don’t leave the hotel incase they have issues.
