Chatham is in the “elbow” of Cape Cod, and is within easy striking distance of many of the highlights of New England (Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Provincetown, Newport, and Plymouth), but you’ll have a tough time tearing yourself away from the charming local beaches, lighthouses, and historic houses.

Good to know
The Pleasant Bay Village has a 3-night weekend minimum during the summer. This is not an ocean front or even ocean view property.
