By myself. And I don't even like sports much. But sitting in a stadium, watching the game, and having a barbershop quartet sing the national anthem? It doesn't get much better than that. In Minneapolis/St. Paul, the minor league team is arguably more popular than the Twins, and sadly (for me, anyway) we could go on a promotion day at the Twins for less than Saints tickets. (Cheap seats all around, because we're just cheap most of the time.) But for fun and enjoyment, you're right--definitely go with a minor league game! Do you know what it costs us to take our kids to a Giants game at AT&T Park? (we like to sit in the fancy seats, so sue us) $550 for 4 people, not including food. No, I'm not kidding. Yes, it is obscene. In my defense, we've only done it twice, both times for very special occasions. This year I discovered the San Jose Giants where the best seats cost $22 and (as Rebecca noted) the family fun factor is easily six times as high. It's like traveling back in time.
