Live in California? Save Our State Parks
Vote yes on Proposition 21 for our state parks on November 2nd
I grew up camping and playing in California State Parks and now my children are splashing in the very same streams and hiking under the very same redwoods. It’s a nice tradition.
But our state parks have suffered from budget cuts and things could get a whole lot worse. If you live and play in California, I urge you to support Proposition 21 and vote yes to increase vehicle license fees by $18 per vehicle. It will raise about $500 million a year in a dedicated fund for the state’s 278 parks, and your kids will thank you someday.

I believe if it’s approved, it will also make parking at all state parks free.
Yep, that’s true. Parking and day use. Personally, I’ll come out ahead ;)
Good luck with the parks issue out there. We love our parks here in Michigan and think supporting them is well worth the $$
