The Manse Bed & Breakfast Inn in Cape May, NJ is also family friendly. My kids love the breakfasts they serve and the home-baked treats at afternoon tea. The location was great too, very close to the beach and just next to the outdoor shopping plaza. Cape May is a beautiful Victorian town with outstanding restaurants, shopping, tours, and all the typical beach activities. Well worth the visit.

Great idea for a post - I like to stay in B&B's too. We're going to check one out in Southern Vermont this summer that's also a working farm.
