Amber Johnson is an adventure-travel writer turned adventurous unraveling mother who originally hails from Canada. She worked for a number of years as a publicist in Utah’s ski/outdoor industry and first gained fame as the Craaazy Canuck ski reporter.

She currently freelances as a family travel writer, blogs at Crazy Bloggin’ Canuck and is the editor of The Denver Post’s Mile High Mamas, Colorado’s largest social network for moms. Even though she loves traveling with her two young children, she attests family travel is about only one thing: survival. She lives to write and laugh about it…most of the time.
